i have a 94 club car which i just bought recently i drove it around my house for about a month (5-10 min runs) with no issue,i took it to my lake property and after about 15-20 min when i stop the cart wants to stay running, actually it wants to run back wards;i can shut the switch off and it still keeps on running any help would be great. T.

Hi tbone. Lift the seat and see what is sticking, probably the throttle cable. You can easily locate the throttle cable because it goes from the foot pedal to the carburetor.Regards -
i checked ;found nothing sticking, but seems like if something was sticking when i shut the switch off it would shut offComment

I think that the throttle cable has too much tension in it, adjusting it should solve the problem.RegardsComment
