2016 CC Precedent Surging

I have a 2016 Precedent and it start flashing the oil light and cutting out or surging when I drive it. It will stop the cart after a few minutes and I have to wait until the light goes off for it to move again. I thought it was the oil sensor so I changed it, but it’s still happening. Any help figuring out what could be wrong would be greatly appreciated so I can fix this thing. This all started after I changed the oil and the cart is lifted. The dipstick shows full on oil.

Here is a video I took of the oil light flashing. I can't make out what code it is trying to give me to figure out what is wrong with it though.
