1991 club car no spark, HELP!!!

I have changed the coil voltage regulator and solenoid but still no spark. Checking for spark with a test light.

Where is the ignitor located

If that's the external resistor I don't need it the coil has an internal one.

I looked it up but I don't see a ignitor. The coil has two wires on it. The hot wire is connected to the voltage regulator and the ground wire is connected to I think the rpm limiter it's a little black box at the starter generator.
