Hey there! So adding rear HD springs will totally fix the sagging issue when you've got extra passengers or weight but here's the thing, your ride is gonna get super stiff real quick, especially if you're mostly driving solo. It might get pretty uncomfortable plus, the handling might change, so be ready for a bumpier, less forgiving ride, at least in my experience!

Besides upgrading the leaf springs and risking a stiffer ride you could consider removing and measuring one of the shocks and explore buying coil over shocks, these are mostly prevalent in motorcycles so you would have to find something that is a close match. I am attaching the leaf spring guide to this post so you can see better visualize whats involved in the replacement, if you have any questions feel free to ask!Attached Files:

So after putting springs in I see that shocks don’t fit but making an adapter to make work but the little hanger thingy underneath that basically bolts to rear end and to frame that motor sits on is not connecting anymore. Is that important.

So, Club Car recommends jacking up the rear end of this cart by centering a floor jack directly under the rear section of that subframe, the engineers fitted that transmission support to help prevent the subframe from bending under pressure when jacking up using this method.
