I have a 92 club car that runs great until you stop for a while. Then it won't restart. Have changed out voltage reg and cleaned carb. Runs good but still won't start after hearing up.

The ignitor could actually be the issue here. When it starts to go it often sends erratic signals to the coil which might explain why the cart fails to start after getting hot. Inside the ignitor, components like transistors and capacitors control the ignition pulse. If one of these is failing the coil won’t perform consistently. Here’s some more info with more detail if you want to dig into it
