The headlights on Club Car DS didnt come with built in vertical adjustment, meaning there’s no simple up/down screw like you might find on some vehicles. If your headlights need to be adjusted up or down the only option is to physically shim the headlight housing.
Use small washers or shims behind the mounting points to change the angle. If you need to raise the headlights, place the shims behind the lower mounting screws. If you need to lower the lights add the shims to the top mounting points. It may take a little trial and error, but it’s the only effective way.
