I have a 92 Club Car that has a bad oil leak. It is coming from the low oil sender unit. I ordered one, but it looks difficult to remove. Anyone change one? Thanks, Dyno

Dyno, before you go through the trouble of changing the low oil light sender, take a closer look at the engine. These engines were known to have an additional opening right near the low oil light sender. Originally, a plug was installed to prevent oil leaks, but over time, it can work its way loose or even fall out entirely, causing a leak that can be mistaken for a leaky sender unit.
Inspect the area around the low oil light sender carefully. You should see a small opening that might have been plugged at one time. Check out this related discussion here. Good luck with your repair, and I hope this resolves the issue for you!
