Sporatic running on 350 MCI

I have a Club Car Turf 2 Carryall with 350 MCI engine. Sometimes when you push on the throttle it starts and runs great. Sometimes it sputters and pops back through the carb. It is not consistant. It will start several times good, then the next time bad. If I take it out on the road, it will be running good, then all of a sudden it will start sputtering and popping through the carb again.Sometimes it will clear up with continued running, sometimes not.I put in fresh fuel, new fuel pump, new filters, ground the seats and installed new valves. NO CHANGE at all! I would be greatful for any ideas. Thanks.

I forgot to mention, I also went through the carb.
