I have a 2006 Club Car Precedent and I am confused as to which engine I have.
How can I tell if it is a 290 or 350.The tag says it has 352ccs' so I'm thinking it is an FE350.

You're spot on! Your 2006 Club Car Precedent is indeed equipped with an FE350 engine with a displacement of 351 cc and generating 11.5 hp at 3,600 rpm, it's a reliable powerhouse for your Precedent. Regarding the model history, Club Car initially used the Kawasaki FE290 engine in the Precedent since its debut in 2004. However, they made the switch to the FE350 in late 2005. To confirm this, you can check the barcode sticker on the engine shroud for further validation. If you have any questions just ask!
