  • How to remove 2002 club Car engine???

I need to know the best way to remove the engine from my 2002 Club Car Gas. I have a casket leak at the bell housing where the crankshaft hooks to the pulley. I can not get to it with the engine in the cart. It looks as though it was not installed properly and part of the gasket is showing above the bell housing and leaking oil bad.
I have never pulled a cofl cart engine before just cars.

    Thanks in advance!!

Not hard really, remove the belts, starter, unplug the wire harness. Mark all the wires and save all the bolts in individual plastic baggies, write on each baggie where every nut and bolt goes. Pull the engine out the top after removing the motor mount bolts from underneath.

You can also drop it out the bottom, but it will stick with the subframe and rear all in one unit with the leaf springs. And it is a nightmare to get back in place when installing again.
