91 club car gas hard to start

I have a 91 club car that will start when the pedal is depressed but wont fire when pedal is accellerating. the engine only tries to start but does nto want to fire.

any idea?

91 .......if your saying its just turning over and you have no spark it could be a bad plug or coil, rpm limitor or exiter coil...............................

ignitor probably. Replace it and you're good to go.
