2006 Club Car DS 48 volt

Hi all,

Looking for a wiring diagram for an electric Club Car ds 48 volt. It has 6- NEW 12V batteries an it will not hold a charge. Please advise, thank you for your co-operation.

Are u sure that 12 volt batteries. The batteries are usually 6 volt or 8 volt. You can tell by counting the fill caps on top. If there are 3 fill caps on one battery it is a 6 volt. If it has 4 fill caps it is a 8 volt.

6 x 12 = 72 volts. unless they have changed math since I was in school. Go back and look at the batteries... Some club cars have 4 12 volt batteries. 4 x12 = 48 or most typical is 6 x 4 = 48. Once you let me know, I can help you. About half of the 2006 had 12 volt batteries, but there is only 4 of them.
