1995 Club Car

I got a 95 car for my boys, I would like to do something with the body, its a little beat up, can someone tell me if I can put the newer body on the old frame or do i need to stay roughly around the same year?
Also, any suggestions on making the car look cool for kids?

I think the kids would like some off road tires for some traction, check out some of the online shops, they put up some neat customs.
