06 Precedent won't go

I am fairly new to the golf cart world. My cart wouldn't run so I found a loose terminal on the stock Solenoid that shorted out the Resistor between the 2 big terminals. I replaced the solenoid w/ a HD version & a stock resistor & still no go. The solenoid is clicking when the accelerator is depressed. Could this be the MCOR or the F/R switch? I have tested all connections except for the Motor & all are good. Any help from some of you enthusiasts that have been around for awhile would be appreciated.

Hey kmart, could be the OBC or the controller. When there is a short on the solenoid these are the 2 that get it first. The MCOR and F/R switch are less likely.
