IQ Club cart will only move when charger is pluged in. Without charger no power shows up on controler. Club cart code computer pluged directly into controller only powers up when charger is conected to charge plug.

Find the voltage of each battery after a full charge. If they are all OK along with all the connections, you will want to look into checking out the OBC.
