06 club car noreverse

I have a 06 I think club car 48v that wont go in reverse. I head a cluck and sometimes it will go in reverse for a second then stop then start again then stop compltely. I originally had no foreward or reverse. I replaced a micro switch and got foreward fine. But I still have no referse. Any help here would be apreciated.

Did you happen to mess with any of the wires on the f/r switch or the motor? Check to make sure these connections are clean and tight. And also that they are wired correct.
