  • 2013 Club Car Precedent after replacing components motor only receiving 34v instead of 48v

2013 Club Car Precendent. Took it out this morning and ran full speed. Came back to grab some stuff and then return to course and cart would only run at half speed. I have changed the batteries recently, speed control module, speed censor and brand new solenoid. Only getting 34v to the motor but cart is 48v Deep Cycle batteries. All readings from motor are within range of the schematic I am looking at. Attempted to reset OBC as well. Any help or ideas on what to check next?
