Gained speed going down hill, rode the brakes... started swaying and then a pop sound like the tire blew... now no power or movement... Help....

Lift the rear wheels on jack stands for safety preventing any accidental movement while working underneath. Switch the run/tow switch to the tow position, disconnect the main terminals of the batteries starting with the main pack negative (by removing the power source, you eliminate the risk of electric shock or short circuits safeguarding both yourself and the cart's components). Then disconnect the motor cables and check continuity on the A1 and A2 motor terminal posts, as well as the F1 and F2 motor terminal posts.
If everything looks good, proceed with the attached troubleshooting guide and let us know how far you can get.Regards -
