Precedent won’t run

Hello all! I recently purchased a 2010 Club Car Precedent that wasn’t running when I bought it. I figured can’t be that bad, I have worked on a few. Well, now it’s a money pit. Any suggestions on where to go next would be appreciated. Here is what I know:

press pedal and doesn’t move and no click from solenoid.
battery pack is good. All load tested and reading 50v+
replaced solenoid
replaced controller
replaced mcor, key switch, run/tow switch, f/r switch
Tried to bypass obc but still didn’t work so ordered new to replace it.

so basically everything new, but no movement. What to try next??

You've already taken some solid steps by replacing key components, but let's dive a bit deeper. Have you noticed if the reverse buzzer sounds at all when you're trying to get it to move?
