Club car caroche, no electric

Non mechanically, non electrical savvy person here needing help.

Cart died, thought it was batteries as they were old. Replaced them and got em wired up... Running 37v across the series, but getting no power to cart.

Found these two wires not sure they are supposed to go somewhere or if they are abandoned.
