  • 2020 Club car carryall 100 solenoid issuue

    Hello
I'm maintaining my club car in Korea.
Solenoids do not work on Club Car Carrier 100 models and do not move.
Disassembling the solenoid is full of water and rust, preventing the rod from moving and poor contact.
No signs of water ingress or flooding, but I wonder if this is the case in the United States.

Hello! Similar issues can occur in golf carts or utility vehicles particularly if they're exposed to wet or humid environments, leading to corrosion and poor solenoid performance. Moisture, whether from rain, high humidity, or other sources, can seep into solenoids over time, causing corrosion and hindering the proper movement of components.
