Ensuring the electrical connections are intact and accurately transmitting power is crucial in troubleshooting your Club Cars controller issue. If you're seeing 48V on one terminal but no ground from the blue/white wire leading to the GE controller, a few steps can help diagnose the problem.

Begin by checking the continuity of the blue/white wire from the solenoid terminal to the GE controller. Using a multimeter set to measure continuity or resistance, test the wire to ensure there's no breakage or disconnection along its length. Next, inspect the connections at both ends of the blue/white wire, ensuring they're securely attached and free from corrosion or damage. Sometimes, poor connections or corrosion can hinder proper electrical flow.

If the wire and connections appear intact, consider examining the controller itself. Check for any visible signs of damage, loose connections, or burnt components within the GE controller.
