How do you wire accessories (radio, turn signals, etc.) to a 36v 1991 club car system?

Hi tberk, they will be wired to 2 of the 6 volt batteries, usually the first 2 in line from the charging plug. Do not ground to the frame.

That's correct. The frame is NOT a ground like on a car or motorcycle.

If you decide to use terrestrial radio, AM/FM, you will need to create a ground plane with a piece of steel plate. If not, it will work nicely playing CDs, or running your Ipod.
