I have a 2015 Club Car Precedent (48v) It's been running fine until now. Last week I took a short ride (maybe 20% of its typical range) but did not plug it in so it's been 6-7 days unplugged. I got in it today and it ran about 100ft then quit with the charge light on. I pushed it back to the garage and plugged it in. After the typical 8-10 second delay I expected the ammeter to jump up but instead the charger began a rapid beeping sound. The ammeter showed no charging. Any ideas?

It sounds like your Precedent is giving you a bit of a mystery to solve. The sudden cut off and the rapid beeping from the charger might indicate an issue with the battery pack or perhaps a connection problem.
Here's a suggestion: first, let's check the battery pack voltage. If it's significantly low, the charger might be refusing to charge. If the voltage is good, we might need to delve a bit deeper into the charging system or connections.
