  • Bypassing OBC

I bought a bypass kit for my 2000.5 Club Car DS. I noticed that the OBC connector was square with two wires on kit and my car is triangle wil three wires. How do I use my old connector with the kit. Which wires do I combine into 1 going back to the charger?

You might think about doing a bit of creative wiring to bridge the gap. Combining the wires in an old connector to fit a new kit often requires some tinkering and figuring out which wire serves which purpose. Before you grab the wire snips, it might be useful to look up the wiring diagrams for both the old and new connectors. That way, you could cross reference the wires and determine which ones correspond to each other.
