Club car runs in reverse not forward

Turn on switch put in forward nothing happens. Place in reverse, buzzer sounds solenoid energizes, cart operates fine.
Place back in forward and nothing happens. Checked voltages on 16 pin connector and all voltages shown for Curtis controller 1510 are there.

Given that the voltages on the Curtis controller seem to be behaving themselves, it might be worth giving the Forward/Reverse switch or its connections a closer look. Specifically have a quick look at the connections and wiring related to the Forward direction. A loose connection or a wire playing hide-and-seek could be the reason for its sudden loss.
