48V Club Car, New batteries, new mcor, new solenoid, new controller, new speed sensor, new brushes in motor. Motor continuity checks okay. When throttle depressed, solenoid clicks. Contacts have been thoroughly checked. I have replaced everything but the computer. From what I have been able to learn, the computer function is to control the charging function. Ihave spent more already than the cart is worth, but I can't give up now! All help appreciated.

While the OBC (On Board Computer) does manage the charging system, it's less likely to be the culprit behind your propulsion issue.
Considering you've replaced nearly everything else, it might be worthwhile to double check the wiring harnesses and connections. Sometimes, despite your best efforts, a small wiring issue can play spoilsport. Also, ensure the throttle input to the controller is transmitting correctly. A small glitch there could cause the solenoid to click without initiating movement
