2016 Club Car updates

I just bought a new 2016 CC and I want to do the following:
Disengage the selectable motor braking when I take my foot off the accelerator, set the speed code to the highest (5?), disconnect the reverse buzzer, and add a 12 volt power outlet for GPS and cell phone charger. Anyone with a newer unit or service tech experience that can help me?. Anyone have a service manual for 2016's?

Your dealer will have to change the motor braking for you. Dealer will have to set your speed for you- 19.2 mph and he will charge for this as he has to go the factory and get the programing, he is charged from the factory.
dealer might not disconnect the reverse buzzer as its a safety issue and he might be libel if you back over someone. Your dealer can help you out with 12v power outlet
