Customer dropped off cart and has new batteries, they are wired correctly, turns key on steps on gas goes for about 10 seconds then quits, let set for a couple of minutes and try again does the same thing, anybody run into this problem before, I don't have much experience on this model club car. ser # pq0823-911310, thanks for any help.

Check if there's any loose or damaged wiring around the safety switches, such as the seat switch or the pedal microswitch. A faulty safety switch might intermittently cut off power after a short duration of operation.
Additionally, it might be beneficial to verify if the charger port or the charger itself isn't causing an unintended safety shutdown. Sometimes, an issue with the charger circuitry can trigger a safety feature that interrupts power to the cart.
Lastly, consider checking the controller and connections for any signs of overheating or damage. Overheating can cause the controller to shut down to prevent damage.
