2005 Club Car Orange Battery Light

I am brand new to this site and have just gotten into the golf cart hobby. I have a 2005 48 V Club Car. I just installed BRAND NEW Trojan batteries and after about 1/2 hour of use the orange battery warning light comes on randomly. Any suggestions????? Thanks!
