My 2006 electric Club DS will cut out when depressing the pedal. I've checked for loose wiring ie. key switch, F/R, MCOR2, OBC. I was suspect of the MCOR 2 so I replaced it and ended up with the exact same result. The weird thing about it is that when I hold down the pedal it will activate the solenoid and then deactivate it and activate it and deactivate it very consistently. I was thinking the solenoid was bad but I thought before I change it I'll check the coil voltage on the solenoid while its cycling. I found that with the pedal down and the solenoid disconnected with my meter on the coil wires... I see on my meter the cycling of the coil voltage, so the cause must be the OBC? Anyone else ever experience this? Again with the cart in forward or reverse and the pedal down the solenoid cycles on and off and the cart wont move. The cycle is about 4 seconds.
