Its part number AM10039 from Club Car, and its available through authorized dealers. Installation is pretty straightforward. First, place the round washer on the input shaft, followed by the spring, then the spline washer. Next, add the rubber washer with the cone side facing out, meaning the tip or pointy end of the cone points toward the motor. The flat side of the rubber washer should sit against the flat side of the spline washer. After this, insert the rubber plug into the motor coupler, making sure to remove any old plug that might be stuck in it using a small screwdriver or pick. Additionally, it's recommended to replace the bearing, but this involves removing the end cap from the motor to access the brushes, and then pressing the bearing off and back on. A small jaw puller can be used to remove the old bearing, and the new one can be tapped on with a socket and hammer. Take care not to damage the speed magnet on the end of the armature.
