Need help with turn signal kit

I recently purchased the Club Car (oem) turn signal kit and hooked same right up to the light kit wiring harness. This is a plug and play wiring harness. The front and rear turn signals both work....but it appears the tail lights on the back BOTH blink. I don't have brake lights..just tail lights. It appears one does blink brighter than the other when I use that right or left signal.but it is confusing for any vehicles behind me because the other tail light is also blinking...just not as bright. Is this normal? The front does the same thing...with the headlamp blinking when a signal is used...just not a full bright headlamp blink. The front is not bad..I am just worried about the back tail lamps blinking. Thanks in advance for any help.

You might want to check your ground wire for a good connection.
