i picked the unit off the ground and it ran but when i put it on the ground it did not move checked all connections . still nothing put meter on post did not drop voltage when running help

I suspect you have at least one bad battery, most likely 2. How old are the batteries? The 03 club car should be a 48v system. Check the voltage across each battery. Post voltages of each battery. Should be 8.4v each.
