LSV turn sinals and stop lights

I have a 2002 LSV
The brake lights and turn signals will not work.
Headlights do and tail lights do work.
I found a fuse box in the battery box area, but all the fuses were good.
Have no power to flasher unit.
I did find a wiring diagram for the turn signal switch, but cannot find wiring schematic for this cart.

I think what you have is a 2003 pathways IQ cart
and I have manuals / schematics for your cart on my web site listed below in my signature.
check it out and let me know if this is correct or not!!!

I found a bad relay, same as charger relay.
