1994 club car (ele)

working on car for neighbor !know NOTHING about this car. 36 volts.sometimes car will run then just quit.they had new bat installed,looks like new seliond. I put 3 new micro switches for F & R switch.in rev mode front micro has 36v center has 0 back one has about3 or 4v. all 4 leads on motor are hot. all this with key on.gas pedal down. on the seliond switch 2 big post 36v front small post 36v rear small post nothing.when you push gas down I just hear a click from seliond switch. have car up on blocks. had it to run in revfor a while then went to Foward now I am back to nothing again but the click. can you guys PLEASE help me. my neighbors are older & med problems they really need this car. again I know nothing about these cars.
