Installing a new ignition switch?

I am wanting to install a new ignition switch so my cart wont be so easy to steal if i take it and park it in public places, is this as easy as buying a new switch(at Autozone or somewhere like that) and taking the old one out and just replacing it?

Not sure about that........but here's a cheaper alternative.........

Add a toggle switch in to the wiring of the switch and have the switch in a discrete place where you know where it is.......we had to do that to the big boss's cart so no one would take it.......
