I am looking for a diagram of how to connect the batteries in our electric cushman golfster model 881602 The neighbor said it sounds like it is wired wrong. It gets hot and is melting the posts of the batteries to the connections.

you might want to check to make sure all cables are clean and tight.......tug each cable to make sure they are tight and where they connect to batts make certain they are clean.......when they start melting the battery terminals its almost always dirty loose connections...........................
