Working on an old Caroche, and the hill brake and regular brake are "stuck" together. When I first started on it earlier this year the hill brake shaft was VERY stiff inside the standard brake pivot tube. Now that I've gotten around to getting serious on it they won't budge from each other. I don't believe the traditional rust buster solutions will work as this is aluminum shaft inside aluminum tube.
Anybody have any gee wiz ideas ???
