2011 Precedent Charging Trouble

Greetings, I own PQ-1022-100173 and my PowerDrive 3 charger no longer charges. I took the charger to the dealer and it works on his carts, the problem is in my cart. I completed the OBC reset as stated on this forum, however, I never got the buzzer after 30 seconds holding the pedal down. I did continue to hold it down for 5 minutes but this acccomplished nothing.

Any help you can provide would be great. Also, does anyone know how I can charge my 8 volt batteries with a car charger so I can still use the cart while I troubleshoot?
