  • Lift kit?????

    Hi

Is a lift kit needed to just drive around a community and to play golf with?

    Thanks

    Alan,
It depends on what kind of a budget you have to work with. I don't know about New Jersey, but out here in Minnesota the "lift kit w/22" tires & rims has exploded into the norm. I'm talking large RV & resort parks where the carts are only used for cruising around the park, not on the golf courses. Is it necessary? "No". Are they a "Hot" seller? "Yes". You didn't tell us in your post what year & model of cart you have and what options you have already installed. If you don't have them already you mite what to consider installing the following options first:
    Full length mirror bar
    Windshield
    horn
    stereo system
Head light/tail light kit w/voltage reducer (electric carts)

The jakes spindle lift is the easiest to install and is well made.It will be fine for what you want to do.
