48 volt club car charger

Hello all I am new here and having a difficult time figuring out why my 96 club car golf cart won't charge. Batteries are good. They took full charge two weeks ago but now the charger will not pull on. I have power to The terminal block. I don't have power coming out. I just checked the block for continuity and the new one I bought doesn't have continuity between them either. I am
Lost. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

There are at least 2 different chargers for that year, what voltage.

Guess I can,t read 48 volts. When you say block are you talking about diodes. 2 inch square 1/2 inch thick.
