2008 Club Car DS

Hello; As a newbie this looks like the place that has the info I need. I just bought my cart yesterday, the pro at the golf course told me there are 3 settings for speed on this model. I want to use the highest speed which is supposed to be 19MPH. Can anyone direct me on how to do this without having a dealer involved? Thanks for all replies.

There are actually 4 modes, you can use a speedy link or my two speed kit.
