2006 club car lights electric

I'm trying to install lights to my 2006 club car 48 volt. Everything works except the brake lights and the horn. I cant hook the horn up, when I try to connect the orange wire to the horn it goes off. Cant figure it out! What am I doing wrong?

do you have a schematic so we can follow along

Have you gott anything grounded to the frame? If so get it off the frame it needs to ground back to the batteries.

No grounds to frame are any other metal on a electrc cart ever never.
