I own a 2005 club car. when I apply the brakes .the lights stay on for 3 min and then turn off. the lights staying is draining the batteries fast. whats causing them to stay on .

the brake lights are on a timer. the reason for draining is its probably pulling off 2 batteries instead of a 48 to 12 reducer. need a reducer so it will pull off 6 batteries instead of just 2.
