CC Precedent Lights

I picked up my 1st cart over the weekend and am trying to learn what I can about it.

One question I have is about the lighting... do the '08 Precedents come with headlights/tail lights or were they added later? If they were added later does that mean that it must have a power reducer which I should be able to also use to install audio or aux power outlet?

they can be ordered factory with lights. OR you can install factory lights yourself. so were not shure how they got there. under the seat ( drivers side ) there should be a 2 inch fiber plate with ten male spades, these are 12 volt grounds. hook the positive up to the second battery ( wich would be 16 volts) by useing this ground it drops it down to 12volts. the voltage reducer is on the dr side frame rail. 2in wide X 10 in long
