2002 or 2006 DS Electric

I have the opportunity to buy a 2002 Club Car DS electric for $1900 or a 2006 Club Car Ds electric for $2700 both with new batteries. The 2006 has a bi-fold windshield that the 2002 lacks, but otherwise both are clean basic 2 seat carts.

Any advice on whether the 4 year newer cart is worth the extra $800? Is the design of the controller/computer significantly better on either one?

The body style of the DS hasn't changed since 1982.
If they both have a serial number that begins with AQ, all the carts from 2002 and up are virtually the same.
IMO, if the above is true and the carts are equal to you, the newer one is not worth the extra $800
