91 club car after charging for seconds hums, problem, help

Like the title says, after charging for a second the cart starts to hum. There are no blinking lights and it is not actually charging the cart because the batteries remain weak - even after leaving the charger on overnight it hums and does not charge.

sounds like you are not getting any output from the charger. Go ahead and run a test on the charger. What you want to do is use a volt meter to test the battery voltage with the charger not on the batteries. Then take another reading with the charger attached.
