fuse dose not glow

I have an a86 electric club car and the fuse assembly has been glowing when charged and I turn the key on. any suggestion.

I need an electric diagram for the 86 electric club car. In the figure14 on page of owners manual where dose the wire going from the positive post of battery 4 connect to?

I don't have the owners manual but the cable from the + on battery #4 goes to the F-N-R switch, it's for your 1/2 speed reverse.
