I have a 2004 CC Precedent and I can only get 18 holes max out of one charge. My batteries are less than 1 year old and in good condition. Any Ideas?

You likely have the typical Precedent 4x12v setup. They are famous for a short battery life of 2-3 years and having continuous problems. It was so bad that Club Car went back to the old 6x8v setup and even makes a conversion kit for Precedents.
You could have a battery problem, 1 or more or your OBC may be bad.
What is the voltage of each battery before you start out for the day?
What is the voltage of each battery after you play 18?
What kind of batteries and are you using? Trojan? Red or black? US battery? Crown?
